We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible! Please review our shipping policy for important details.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Incorrect addresses can lead to delays or undeliverable packages.
  • Returned Packages: Packages returned due to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping fees.
  • Non-Refundable Packages: Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded, and replacement orders will not be sent.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Solstride is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.

Domestic Shipping

  • After processing, delivery may take up to 10 business days for standard shipping.
  • Expedited shipping options, such as second-day or overnight delivery, must be placed before 2 PM EST for same-day shipping.
    • Orders placed after this time or on weekends will ship the following business day.

International Shipping

  • At this time, international returns are not available due to high shipping costs.
  • Your order may be subject to customs fees and taxes depending on your country’s regulations. Solstride is not responsible for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
  • Delivery Timeline: International orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail may take up to 5 weeks to arrive. Please allow this time before reaching out about your order.
